CORPORATE BENEFITS

When you’re business partners with the YMCA we waive all joining fees as well as give the option for corporate invoicing and payroll deductions.

Your business can set up an agreement with your employees that allows a portion of their membership to be paid by your company as long as they have a certain number of facility check-ins per month. We track these check-ins and send them to you with the monthly invoice as well as a list of your employees that are members.

The YMCA Corporate Partnership Program helps employers improve the health and well-being of their work force through YMCA memberships, programs, and services.

Corporate Membership Options

Plan 1

  • 5% reduction off monthly membership dues

  • 100% waived joining fee

  • Companies will payroll deduct each employee’s membership dues. Companies may also pay a

        portion of the employee’s dues.

  • The YMCA bills the company monthly in arrears for all employee memberships.

  • Employee must sign up at the Dickson County Family YMCA by bringing a current pay stub

        as proof of employment.

Plan 2

  • 100% waived joining fee

  • Companies contribute a portion of employee’s YMCA monthly membership dues.

        Employees pay the remainder of the monthly dues directly to the YMCA.

  • Companies receive a monthly invoice for their portion of the membership dues, while the

        employee pays remaining portion through individual bank draft.

  • Employee must sign up at the Dickson County Family YMCA by bringing a current pay stub

       as proof of employment.

Plan 3

  • 100% waived joining fee

  • Employee pays for membership through individual bank draft set up with the Dickson County

        Family YMCA

  • Employee must join at the Dickson County Family YMCA, and must present current pay stub

       to verify employment.
