Group Groove is an energizing 60 minutes of dance fitness. It's a high-energy cardio experience that is a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles set to the hottest current hits and the best dance songs ever produced.
GROUP ACTIVE
Group Active is an innovative 60-minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances movement health for daily life. Inspiring music and supportive coaching will ensure you succeed with simple, athletic exercises that use dumbbells, bodyweight, and The STEP®.
GROUP POWER
Group Power maximizes your workout results with 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises using an adjustable barbell, weights and bodyweight.
GROUP FIGHT
Group Fight burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to maximize your cardio fitness. This electric experience is addictive and collaboratively a high-energy 60 minutes of fun.
GROUP CORE
Gives you three-dimensional strength in 30 action-packed miutes. A stronger core, from your shoulders to your hips, improves athletic performance and enhances movement health. Expert coaching and motivating music will push you through a wide variety of innovative exercises that use your body weight, weight plates, the STEP and a towl.
ZUMBA
Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
ZUMBA TONING
Add a little extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
RISE UP CARDIO
30 minutes of cardio movement. Fun Christian music to lift you up and make you strong in your mind and body!
BARRE
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet and Pilates that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can.
BELLYTONE / BELLYDANCE
This class combines Middle Eastern dance movements in a fitness format to improve digestive and genito-urinary health, along with toning the abdominal and hip region. Due to the repetitive movements, this class is for mature individuals 18 and up (not suitable for children or young teens). Bringing a coin skirt is recommended.
SPIN
This class provides a challenging low-impact cardiovascular exercise performed on a stationary bike in a class setting. The instructors use motivational music to lead participants in different types of cycling routines designed to simulate hill climbs, sprints, and interval training.
SPIN30
This is a 30 minute class that will provide a challenging low impact cardiovascular exercise performed on an indoor cycling bike. The instructors use motivational music to lead participants in different types of cycling routines designed to simulate hill climbs, sprints, and interval training.
BASIC YOGA
No matter what gets you on the mat, remember, it is an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental well-being. In our beginner's series, we will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and overall personal awareness.
CHAIR YOGA
A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or standing with the aid of a chair. This class can improve your balance, flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.
ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
A class designed with seniors in mind. This class is ideal for someone who is recovering from an injury or illness. Chairs are provided to help the student stay comfortable and stable while regaining strength.

BELLYTONE
Bellytone is a senior low-impact class that focuses on your entire core from your shoulders to your hips. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself and increase your weight while building strength. Note - participants must be able to get down on the floor.
RISE UP ACTIVE STRETCHING
A time of worship & praise of the Triune God utilizing our entire body. We open and close our classes with prayer. We utilize a scripture verse or series throughput the classes as a “Moving meditation or a morning bible study.” We typically play popular contemporary worship music to enhance your spiritual and physical experience.
BEGINNING PILATES
Pilates is a fitness class that improves flexibility, strength, endurance, and body awareness through controlled movements. The beginning of this workout will be modified using the BellyTone® method. BellyTone® is a fresh, unique method of toning the entire body without stress to joints or ligaments. It helps to promote digestive and genitourinary system health while enhancing bone and muscle strength.
EXPRESS PILATES
This is a 30 minute Pilates class that improves flexibility, strength, endurance and body awareness through controlled movements.

Room Policy
Anyone not participating in a group fitness class will only be allowed to stay in the Studio at the discretion of the instructor. If at any time these members become disruptive, they may be asked to step out of the Studio until class is over.
Outside videos and photos will not be permitted during classes.
